Five lucky young carers, escorted by staff and volunteers enjoyed a brilliant weekend in London at Radio 1's Hackney Weekend where a host of stars lined up to play. Stars included Rhianna, Jessie J, Rizzle Kicks and Tinie Tenpah to name but a few. Check out the gallery for some great photo's of their trip down south.
