Time to Live - Short Breaks Funding

Wednesday 07th February 2018

Following a successful round of Time to Live funding last year which provided financial support for carers to have a short break, we are now launching the next round of funding. Carers of adults (aged 21 years and older), carers of older people (aged 65 years and older), and young carers (caring for children or adults), can apply for an individual grant.

Please note that there have been some changes to the criteria. The changes are that adult carers of children and young people with disabilities aged 20 years and under are not eligible to apply, nor are kinship carers. If you fall into this category, please remember you can contact Lesley or our One Stop Shop for guidance on alternative sources of funding. Unpaid carers not registered with Angus Carers Centre can also apply for Time to Live funding.

If you would like to apply for Time to Live Funding, download an application form - available in Microsoft Word* or PDF format - and return it to Angus Carers, Ground Floor, 8 Grant Road, Arbroath, Angus, DD11 1JN. You can also drop in on the Centre to pick up a paper copy of the application form, or if you telephone us (01241 439157) we can post a form out to you.

* Please note that if you are downloading the Microsoft Word version of the application form, it may download automatically to the 'Downloads' folder on your computer.
