At Angus Carers we are committed to providing a high standard of service, which is responsive to the needs of carers.
A complaint arises if, in some way a person is dissatisfied as a result of something the organisation has done or failed to do.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and would like to complain, the complaints procedure is explained in the complaints, suggestions and comments leaflet.

If you remain dissatisfied after following Angus Carers complaints procedure you have the right to access the complaints procedure of Angus Council.
We would welcome any suggestions and comments, either of things that we are getting right, or of how we can improve our service. Please complete the suggestion section on the the complaints, suggestions and comments leaflet and return it to Angus Carers.
