As part of our Volunteer Peer Support Programme, we got together on Thursday 28 June to have a picnic at Crombie Country Park.
We also had a talk by the Countryside Ranger Ben on bird ringing and were given a demonstration on a Blackcap (its delightful fluting song has earned it the name 'northern nightingale').
This was followed by lunch and some light exercise playing parachute games.

Many photos were taken at the volunteer picnic at Crombie. Here are some excellent photographs taken by our volunteer, Shelagh Cargill.
